Please note that I cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for the outcome of colour work on wigs/toppers that have previously been colour-treated elsewhere, are of an unknown origin, are damaged or are in poor condition.

I  love transforming pieces, and will work very closely with you via consultation to ensure we get the best result, however if I feel the quality of your wig/topper is poor or that the integrity of it will be compromised, I will explain this to you, and we (you and I) will make a decision from that point as we advance.

I aim to only undertake work that I feel will be successful and not damage your piece, and only 'lift/highlight' pieces that are either guaranteed virgin hair or gently processed colours based on their condition, if I am in doubt a test strand will be done before any major colour work.

Please be aware that while I do my absolute best, and take extreme care when working with darker colours on lighter pieces, staining of the cap and lace/silk top is a risk.

I work meticulously to achieve your desired colour and result, and work closely with you during your consultation to agree on your colour. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to the occasional unpredictability of some human hair, and accounting for screen variances if we have consulted online.
